The night before: stop studying
Meridians at midnight do not add points. They add a 3 a.m. wake-up and a shaky first page.
The night before is logistics. Photo ID. Admission notice. Route to the site. Clothes you can sit in for hours. A breakfast you have eaten before. Not a new YouTube meridian song.
Go to bed at your normal time. Going to bed at 8 because you are 'being good' is how you stare at the ceiling and bargain with the organ clock. Moderate nerves help. Panic does not.
