If you leave New York, your license does not come with you
Passing NYS paper is not MBLEx. MBLEx is not NYS. Packing the car does not convert either one.
Therapists move. Boards do not care about your U-Haul. The next state wants its exam, its hours, its fingerprint vendor, or some endorsement path that still wants a national exam you never sat.
If you trained in New York and only sat the state paper, do not tell a Florida or Texas group you are 'already national.' You are New York. That is a real license. It is not a passport.
